At each appointment, we ask all owners to give their pet’s medical and behaviour details and sign a waiver.

By signing, you accept and consent entirely to all the  terms and conditions stated below:

Your pet is fit, healthy, and fully vaccinated.
The groomer will not be held liable or responsible for irritation, abrasion, patchiness, or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the grooming process, including dematting, thinning, stripping, or shaving, or any mishap caused by your non-disclosure of your pet’s medical condition or behaviour.
If your pet bites or attempts to bite any person or animal, a muzzle may be used or, at the groomer’s discretion, the treatment may be stopped, and you will pay for the work completed up to that point as well as the full cost of any damages and expenses your pet has caused.
If you fail to collect your pet at the agreed time, you will pay all extra costs incurred.
If your pet harbours any parasites, you agree to clear them at your own expense.
If there is any concern about your pet’s health, you will obtain veterinary treatment at your own expense.
You confirm that all facts provided are true.
You agree to pay any charges due for appointments cancelled without adequate notice.
You understand that the groomer may not be able to achieve your desired look and may have to trim your pet very short due to matting.
You agree to pay any extra dematting charges resulting from matting.
